All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

Condition of Products

Our certified used appliances are inspected, tested, and graded according to our condition standards. Product descriptions and condition grades are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.

Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product condition tier. See our Warranty Policy for details. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in original condition. A restocking fee may apply. See our Return Policy for complete details.

Limitation of Liability

Real Appliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
